A few of our members have asked to be able to download the Wine Tasting scoring sheet in order to practice on their own. I just wanted to inform everyone that the score sheet is now available for download in our Downloads section available under the Main Menu. And here is a direct link to the score sheet! Enjoy!

I'd like to give another update on site features. First, I have added a polling section on the left side of the site. Check back often to make your vote count! Only registered users can vote, but anyone can see the results. Our first poll is to get an idea of what types of wines our group favors the most. In this poll, you can choose as many categories as you consider your favorites.

Thanks to Bob, MVWS was included on the Community Events calendar in the Warrenton Journal. (Page A3). By having MVWS's meetings in the local paper, we can reach out to other wine makers that may not have heard about our organization yet and give them an opportunity to join!

We have added a few new features to the site in the last couple of days. We added a GeoMap feature which uses Google Maps to show us approximately where you are from! Also, we have created a 'Members Only' section. Even if you register, you will not have access to this section. As people register, I will be checking to see if they are actually members of MVWS and if they are, I will grant them access to this section. There is currently nothing in this section yet, but there may be some day!
