Elaine Hoffmeister Mooney, winemaker from Sainte Genevieve Winery will have a presentation on the commerical wine business. She will cover topics from when the grapes start growing in the spring through the picking, crushing and bottling process. She will have some wines from St. Gen for everyone to sample.
